The front of my bungalow is brick. There's a 3 level deck on the front which I'm removing. On the highest part of the deck theres a cement deck under the wooden deck. Should I remove the cement or build over top of it again. The deck would be 8ft high from ground level. Any suggestions for a smaller deck?
