Answer We are remodeling our master bath and would like some suggestions of what type of countertop to use. After looking at corian, we are not happy with what we saw. We do want some type of stone countertop. Any suggestions you have would be much appreciated. Thanks, Kari

There are a few options you and it would be good for you to look into these. First of all have you heard of Quartz countertops. These tops are highly durable and have stain, crack, scratch, chemical, and heat-resistant properties. There is another option that you may want to look into and that is Cultured Granite or Cultured Marble. Cultured Marble is a precise blend of polyester resin, catalyst, fillers and pigments that is thoroughly mixed and placed into open molds that have been coated with a clear gel coat.

We have installed these tops in many bathrooms and kitchens and they hold up very well and look great. Click on the following link to find out more about this product.

Another option you have is, believe it or not, Concrete Countertops. What make these so unusual is that they can be made to look like just about any natural stone or even wood or brick. You really have a wide choice looks with these tops.
